Basically, my iPad OneNote is unusable right now, which is why it was frustrating to still be getting the "Give us feedback" messages when I'm restarting the program.Frequently Asked Questions How do you access onenote from another computer? So, I can't even use OneNote to annotate anything because it won't allow me to erase or undo markups, because apparently both of those options require syncing. My iPad OneNote isn't syncing at all right now despite restarting both the program, and the iPad. Currently, I am having to use a windows virtual machine on my mac to get documents loaded into OneNote "as background" because that option doesn't exist for mac/iPad, but then I can only edit them on the VM because OneNote won't sync from my VM.

How do you do this? This was one of the original suggestions I got when I previously mentioned the sync problems on here. I've tried uploading directly to OneDrive and cannot find a way to import into OneNote directly from OneDrive on my mac or iPad. Seems like the max file size should be reduced, or sync should be improved to match that of programs like Notability that sync fast on iPad and Mac. Currently, the max file size upload to OneNote is 100 MB, but it will definitely NOT sync a file anywhere near that size for me. I was not running other programs that may slow it down, either. I've left OneNote open for 2-3 days continuously without any luck. OneNote won't even load across platforms, nor will it allow fast "add picture as background" for the entire text, leaving my only option as adding > 500 pictures as background individually if I decided to use OneNote. Notability will allow this because of the fast sync, but won't allow typing.

I'm trying to use OneNote/Notability to annotate medical text PDF files. Notability just doesn't have the other functionality of OneNote, so it's basically only good for notation with a pen on an iPad (typing of any kind is a huge pain). I'm not sure of the technical aspects of what apple will allow in terms of sync speed, but there are other non-apple programs (Notability) that sync incredibly fast. I know I'm not OP, but I wanted to say four things to this:
